By submitting an order, quote request, or artwork to Opake Screen Printing, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. If you do not agree with these terms, please contact us before placing an order.
All quotes provided by Opake are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if garment specifications, quantities, print locations, or artwork change. An order is considered confirmed once a quote has been approved and any required deposit has been received.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for production, and that use of that artwork does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You are responsible for providing print-ready or production-ready artwork. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Opake may photograph finished products for portfolio and marketing use.
A digital proof will be provided for review before production begins on most orders. Production begins only after the proof has been approved. Opake is not responsible for errors in spelling, color, placement, or design that were present in an approved proof.
Production timelines are estimates communicated at the time of quote. Timelines may be affected by order size, garment availability, artwork revisions, and approval turnaround. Rush production, where available, may be subject to additional fees.
Pricing is based on the specifications provided at the time of quote. Payment terms, including any required deposit, will be outlined in your project quote. Orders will not enter production until payment terms have been met.
Order changes or cancellations may be accommodated prior to the start of production, but may not be possible once garments have been printed, embroidered, or otherwise decorated. Changes made after approval may affect pricing and timeline.
Screen printing and embroidery are physical production processes, and minor variations in color, placement, and texture between individual garments are normal and expected. If you believe an order was produced incorrectly, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.
Opake Screen Printing's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Opake is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products we produce.
Opake may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
